House Administrators
Each managed villa in Realtors’ portfolio is assigned to one of our seven friendly and experienced House Administrators, whose principal role is to oversee the smooth running of every villa under their charge and they are the liaison between all departments here and the owners, guests and clients in the villas. This can include:
- overseeing the complete care of a property, including maintenance and repairs
- hiring, training and termination of villa staff
- arranging security for the villas
- liaising with guests and owners to ensure smooth running of bookings and care of the villa
- work closely with the Accounts Department to settle all financial matters as these relate to the villa.
